Exhibitor Fair
Overview
The exhibitor fair at the Farm to Institution Summit will be located in the spacious hallways of Farm Fresh Rhode Island, where all of the activity will happen! All summit attendees will be moving through it over the course of the day. Refreshments will be available in this area.
Companies and organizations who are attending the F2ISummit but not sponsoring it may purchase booth space for the purposes of exhibiting.

Timing
In order to maximize your exposure to our audience, exhibitors are encouraged to set up booths starting at 8 am and no later than 1 pm on Thursday April 27, 2023. Booths may be disassembled after 3:30 pm - and no later than 4:30 pm - on Friday, April 28, 2023.
We are still making final adjustments to the Summit schedule. Below is a draft agenda that highlights the anticipated opportunities for engaging Summit participants in the main hallway where booths will be set up.

8:00 am - 8:45 am: Breakfast and Networking (Main hallway)
8:45 am - 9:45 am: Welcome (Alcove off main hallway)
9:45 am - 10:00 am: Break + transition to sessions
10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Strategy sessions (some on-site, some off)
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch (Food trucks outside, accessed through main hallway)
1:00 - 2:30 pm: Afternoon sessions (some on-site, some off)
2:45 pm - 3:30 pm: Closing Plenary (main hallway)
4:30 pm: Exhibitors must have cleared their tables.

8:00 am - 9:00 am: Exhibitor Set-up/Breakfast (Main hallway)
9:00 am - 11:00 am: Networking/Self Organized Meetings (Main hallway)
11:30 am- 12:00 pm: Welcome Address (Alcove off main hallway)
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch (Food trucks outside, accessed through main hallway)
1:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Field trips (Offsite). Attendees return from trips to main hallway
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Break
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Reception (Main hallway)

Cancellations
All cancellation requests for the exhibitor fair must be directed to Sarah Lyman at sarah@farmtoinst.org.
The following refund schedule applies:
For cancellations on or prior to March 15, 2023, exhibit fees will be returned with the exception of a 20% administration fee. No portion of the original exhibit fee will be refunded after April 1, 2023.
Shipping Table Displays
To ship your table display in advance, contact Sarah Lyman at sarah@farmtoinst.org.
At the completion of the exhibition, exhibitors are responsible for packing, labeling, addressing and making shipping arrangements for their exhibits.
Registration
All exhibitors and representatives associated with fair booths are required to register for the conference. (Registration opening Feb 15, 2023).
